Job / Project Overview

We are looking to fill a Customer Service position. Your job will be to assist our clients buying software online with order issues, easier technical matters and sales related issues. There may also be some online research work, marketing assistance, article writing and similar tasks.You need to have a high level of English reading, writing and speaking, be highly organized, and have excellent customer service skills. You also need to be used to independent work from home and accept to work during US business hours as well as shorter hours during weekends.Furthermore, you need to have your own computer, high speed internet connection at home. Basic computer and office software skills are also needed.
