Hi! I'm 26 yrs old. I've been working for 6 years in a call center industry. I was absorbed by ePldt Parlance right after I graduated from college.I was a customer service representative for 2 years then I was promoted to the next level (called: Buddy). My job as a Buddy was more on training and guiding the new hires in taking calls. After 3 weeks being a Buddy, I was promoted to a Helpdesk specialist (voice). My tasks as a Helpdesk was mainly to take escalated calls and handle complaints from the customers. After 4 months being a Helpdesk (voice), I was moved to Helpdesk chat (non-voice). My job description was more on answering the queries of the agents by means of chat. After 3 mos in Helpdesk chat, I was promoted as a Team Leader. Now, my job is to mentor and motivate agents to perform. Also, there are a lot of administrative tasks being done in this position. I'm responsible in creating the root cause analysis of the Team and presenting by the use of power point. I'm in charge of doing the Time reports of my agents using the HRPRO Application (Human Resource Professional).Also, I'm generating the monthly PAR of my people using the PIVOTS (excel). I'm also trending the calls received by the Team which can be used in my daily reports. If given the chance, I would like to work full time so that I can resign in my current company. I've been seeking for this kind of job because I know that I can work alone with less supervision and I'm seeing a lot of advantages in working at home.I know that this is not only a fine opportunity but this is also where I see myself growing professionally and personally once I take on additional responsibilities and challenges.
